This Privacy Policy explains how VIVO handles personal information collected through vivodelivers.com and its contact forms. VIVO is a pre-launch local delivery business focused on Cape Coral and Southwest Florida.

It does not describe future VIVO products or services that are not yet operating. If VIVO’s practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect.

Contact forms also identify whether your message concerns a restaurant, driving, a potential community partnership, or another VIVO conversation. When you visit the site, VIVO and its service providers may receive standard technical information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, approximate visit timing, referring page, and Internet Protocol address. VIVO uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve the public website.

VIVO uses Google Workspace and Google Apps Script to receive, store, and manage contact-form submissions. Submitted information is routed to VIVO’s private Google Workspace intake process and may be sent to info@vivodelivers.com so VIVO can follow up. VIVO uses Google Analytics to measure public-site use, and Google and VIVO’s website-hosting providers may process limited technical information to operate, secure, and measure the site.

VIVO may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, protect the rights or safety of VIVO or others, investigate misuse of the site, or support a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, or formation of a VIVO legal entity. If such a transition occurs, VIVO will handle information consistently with this policy unless you are given notice of a material change.

VIVO keeps contact submissions for as long as they are reasonably relevant to the conversation, pre-launch research, planning, and recordkeeping purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. VIVO may keep de-identified or aggregated information for longer.

VIVO uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the contact forms only for ordinary business conversation and do not send sensitive information.

You may ask VIVO to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through the site. You may also ask VIVO to stop using your information for future communications. Email info@vivodelivers.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and enough detail for VIVO to identify the request.
