Independent drivers / local opportunity

Delivery should be worth the drive.

VIVO is building a delivery system around better trip economics, smarter driver capacity, clear offers, and less unnecessary waiting.

We believe the economics of a delivery should make sense for the person actually completing it.

Keep the platforms you already use. Add VIVO when it makes sense.

A different starting point

VIVO is being built as an independent local delivery company from the ground up.

We get to build the economics differently.

The largest national delivery platforms operate at enormous scale and under economic structures very different from VIVO's. VIVO still needs to be profitable. But we do not have to design every delivery around extracting the maximum possible platform margin.

We can build a profitable company while leaving more of the economics in the delivery itself—creating stronger driver offers, sustainable restaurant pricing, and a transaction that works for everyone involved.

Design objective

Better driver economics are not an afterthought.

We are building VIVO with a clear goal: create driver offers that are more attractive for the actual work involved in completing the delivery.

We want more VIVO deliveries to feel worth accepting.

Capacity with purpose

More drivers isn't always better. The right number of drivers is.

Drivers do not make money simply because they are logged into an app. They need worthwhile deliveries. VIVO is being designed around utilization rather than simply maximizing the number of drivers logged in.

    Delivery demand grows

Local orders create a reason to coordinate more capacity.

  2. 02
    VIVO evaluates capacity

The VIVO Brain considers demand and available driver supply.

  3. 03
    Capacity becomes available when needed

Additional driver opportunity is intended to follow actual operating need.

  4. 04
    Deliveries continue

Capacity stays connected to the local delivery experience.

The objective: the right number of drivers, in the right areas, at the right times.

The time behind the trip matters

Behind the wheel

Driver economics are more than the payout on one order.

A good driver model is not just about one payout number. It is also about how the delivery system uses your time.

How often worthwhile orders appear
How far the trip asks you to travel
Restaurant waiting and pickup conditions
Unnecessary dead miles between opportunities
How many drivers are serving the same demand
How clearly the trip is presented before acceptance

VIVO is being designed around both sides of that equation: what the trip pays and how efficiently driver capacity is used.

Clear before acceptance

Know the trip before you take the trip.

VIVO believes drivers should receive meaningful information before deciding whether to accept a delivery.

See the offer. Understand the trip. Decide if it makes sense for you.

Driver choice

Don't switch. Compare.

Keep the delivery platforms you already use. Add VIVO when it becomes available in your area. Look at the offers. Look at the trips. Look at how the system keeps productive opportunities available. Then decide for yourself.

We're not asking for loyalty. We're asking for a chance to earn your business one delivery at a time.

Local delivery by design

Built for local delivery.

01

Stay closer

VIVO is being designed around disciplined local delivery areas rather than stretching trips simply to make an order work.

02

Demand drives capacity

Additional driver capacity should come online when delivery demand supports it.

03

Clear offers

Drivers should understand the opportunity before accepting.

04

Worthwhile trips

Driver compensation is being designed around the real work involved.

Simple driver experience

A clear trip, from available to paid.

VIVO is being designed to keep the delivery experience understandable at every step.

A seven-step VIVO driver journey from going available to receiving payment, connected by a glowing route through a local delivery network.

Public-safe technology view

There is a system behind every offer.

VIVO's Brain is being designed to evaluate the operating conditions surrounding a delivery before coordinating the trip. Distance, time, restaurant conditions, available driver supply, and trip economics all matter.

VIVO is not simply broadcasting every order to a large pool of drivers. There is an operating system behind the delivery network.
